Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you bring supplies with you?
We use whatever products and equipment you keep on hand, ensuring your home smells the way you like, and is cleaned with chemicals you feel comfortable with. If you need us to supply something specific during our visit, please speak with your cleaner beforehand to make arrangements.
  • How often will you come to clean?
Most clients schedule biweekly appointments, but we also happy to offer weekly, monthly or occasional only cleaning services.
  • Who will clean my home?
We will select who comes to your home based on cleaner availability and your schedule. If you would like to request a specific person, please let us know when booking. If there is an emergency or illness with your scheduled cleaner, we will try our best to find a backup option to offer you or reach out to reschedule.
  • What should I do while you are cleaning?
Some clients work from home, others work on projects in a different area of the house. We are even happy to let ourselves in and lock up when we leave, if you need to run errands. It is really up to you! Please speak directly with your cleaner to make arrangements.
  • Are you comfortable with pets and kids?
Yes! We love happy animals and kids! If you have an animal (or kid) who is fearful of strangers or vacuums, please let us know and we will work with you to make sure they are in a separate space before we begin.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning?
We accept cash, electronic payment services like Venmo, PayPal or Zelle, or you can pay with credit card through our website. Cleaners do not carry change, so please make sure you have exact change if paying cash.
  • Do your cleaners go through a training or background checks?
Yes, we require all our cleaners to fill out an application, undergo a criminal background checked, and to complete a minimum of 15 hours of supervised on-the-job training prior to taking on clients on their own.
  • Are there any things you do not do as part of a general household cleaning?
We typically do not clean insides of appliances (except microwave), clean windows beyond spot cleaning, or do laundry/dishes. If you would like to add any of these things on to your to-do list, please speak directly with your cleaner to make specific arrangements.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that illness and emergencies happen, however, we ask that you please give us 24 hours advanced notice if you know you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to try to fill your appointment with another client who is looking for help, and to provide a reliable source of income for our employees. Thank you!
